Entry (Residence) Permit for Family of Expatriate

– Now Family visa procedure is easier than before. If you have all required documents ready, all steps can be completed from Typing Centers. No need to visit Immigration office.

– Entry Permit application will be approved within one working day. You will get  SMS on the progress of the application.  You will receive application status SMS about approval or modification. White colour Visa will be mailed to the applicant’s E-mail address after approval. 

Below mentioned documents are required in original for scanning at the typing centre.

+ Passport Copies (colour) of Wife and children.

+ One photograph (white background) of each sponsored person.

+ Sponsor’s original passport and Emirates ID.

+ Original Marriage Certificate attested from UAE Embassy in Home Country and Foreign Affairs in UAE. For attestation and Translation requirements, Call: +97155-9105757.

+ Original Birth Certificate (for child) attested from UAE Embassy in Home Country and Foreign Affairs in UAE.

+ Labour Contract. Minimum Salary Dh4000. Labour Contract can be printed from MOHRE website.
+ You can sponsor up to four family members with Dh4000 monthly salary. For 5 individuals, your monthly income should be Dh10,000 or more and for 6 individuals, your monthly income should be Dh15,000 or more. If the number of individuals exceeds 6, the chairman of the authority will determine the applicant’s suitability.

+ Original Salary Certificate (for Free Zone / Semi Government / Government Staff)

+ Visa Fee Dh350 and Dh207 for file opening charge should be paid at Typing Centre. Service Charge extra.
+ If you have paid for file opening before, bring the receipt for scanning. But you should not have changed your visa after opening the file last time.

+ Confirmation letter in Arabic for daughter older than 18, stating that she is still not married. Parent (sponsor) has to be signed on the letter.

ENTRY: Visa holder should enter UAE within 60 days from the date of issue and should complete Emirates ID, Medical and Visa Stamping within 60 days from the date of entry/status change.
If the visa holder couldn’t enter UAE within 60 days from the date of visa issue, you should apply for new Entry Permit with same fees. No need cancellation of old Entry Permit.

INSIDE COUNTRY: If the family is inside country on cancelled visa or Visit or Tourist Visa, extra fee to issue visa inside the country: Dh1017 (service charge extra). After get issued the visa, type Status Change form from AMER Centre.

STATUS CHANGE Fee: Dh636 at AMER Centre. You will get Status Change approval receipt to your email ID.

+ After Status Change,  type Emirates ID, Medical and Visa Stamping forms.
 
IF THE SPONSOR IS INVESTOR/PARTNER: the following additional documents are required:
+ Dh3060 Deposit for each family member. This amount is refundable after cancellation of the visa.
+ Trade License copy & partners List (second page of license)
+ LLC Agreement
+ Bank Statement for the last three months
+ IBAN (International Bank Account Number)

If the sponsor is Mother: NOC in Arabic from husband to sponsor the child by mother. If the husband is out of UAE, NOC has to be attested by UAE Embassy abroad and Ministry of Foreign Affairs inside the UAE. read more
