Visa Cancellation-Family

Required Documents: (Family visa cancellation – Inside Country)

+ Original Passport of Sponsored and Sponsor
+ Original Emirates ID of sponsor
+ Application should be typed in Vision form and cancellation can be done from typing centre itself without visiting Immigration Department. Cancellation approval will come within an hour and you can get the confirmation print from Typing Centre.
Cancellation stamp on Visa page in the passport is not required. If you want seal, you can visit nearest Immigration branch with original passport and cancellation receipt. They will put stamp without any fee.

+ Application Fee: Dh186 to be paid at Typing Centre / AMER Centre.

+ Original Emirates ID of sponsor
+ Application should be typed in Vision form and cancellation can be done from typing centre itself without visiting Immigration Department. Cancellation approval will come within an hour and you can get the confirmation print from Typing Centre.
+ Application Fee: Dh266 (typing charge extra) to be paid at Typing Centre.  
Cancellation stamp on Visa page in the passport is not required. If you want seal, you can visit nearest Immigration branch with original passport and cancellation receipt. They will put stamp without any fee.

+ If the family member did not complete six months after exit, you will have to visit Immigration office with the submission receipt to explain the reason.

+ There are 30 days grace period from the date of Visa expiry.
+ Applicant can stay in UAE 30 days from the date of cancellation if his/her visa was not expired at the time of cancellation. If the cancellation done during the grace period, remaining days will be allowed to stay without fine. If the the cancellation done during overstay period, 6 days will be granted from the date of cancellation.

+ Fine Dh25 per day will be charged for overstay at the time of change status or exit.
+ Fine can be paid at Immigration or Airport at the time of exit.

+ No Ban for residence/family visa holders at the time of cancellation.
