Visa Cancellation-Investor

Required Documents:
+ Original Passport
+ Original Emirates ID
+ Trade License copy & Partners List (for LLC)
+ Immigration Establishment Card copy
+ Typed e-form Application/Vision form (Can be typed from Typing Centre)
+ Share Sale Agreement original attested by Notary Public or License cancellation Certificate issued by Department of Economic Development (incase of company liquidation)

Application Fee: Dh60 (Typing charge extra) to be paid at Typing Centre for canceling visa in the passport.

STEPS TO FOLLOW
+ Type application form. Put company seal and signature of the local sponsor, attach all above documents and submit at the Immigration counter along with original passport and Emirates ID. Visa will be cancelled same time.

Grace Period: You shlould cancel your visa in the passport within 30 days from the date of visa expiry.
 Applicant can stay in UAE 29 days from the date of cancellation if his visa was not expired at the time of cancellation. If the cancellation done during the grace period, remaining days will be allowed to stay without fine. If the the cancellation done during overstay period, 6 days will be granted from the date of cancellation.

 Fine Dh25 per day will be calculated for Residence visa overstay.
 Fine can be paid at Immigration or Airport at the time of exit.

Partner Visa Cancellation without Share Selling
If you want to cancel your Partner/Investor Visa without selling shares, you have to follow below procedures.
Type Arabic Letter from the side of local sponsor stating that he doesn’t have objection for canceling the said partner without selling his shares. Local sponsor should be present at Immigration and sign the letter in front of the immigration officer. Then attach the letter with partner visa cancellation form.

Partner Visa Cancellation (If the partner is out of UAE)
Get power of attorney from the partner giving authorization to any other partner in the company to sell his shares on behalf of him, to cancel his investor visa from Immigration Department, to receive partner deposit amount (if any) from Immigration Department and to sign all the necessary documents. This power of attorney should be attested by UAE Embassy in his country and UAE Foreign Affairs in Dubai. Arabic translation and attestation from Ministry of Justice also required if the power of attorney is not made in Arabic. Now the attorney can sign in the Share Sale Agreement on behalf of the said partner and complete the remaining procedures of cancellation.

Partner Visa Cancellation (If the partner is out of UAE more than Six Months)
Take personal file print of the partner from Immigration Department. Dh120 should be paid there for the print-out. Type Cancellation form from Typing Centre, put company seal, get  signature from the local sponsor, attach above mentioned documents and submit at Immigration.
